REVENUE RECOVERY OF KSEB LTD IS ALLOWED TO TRIAL IN CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL FORUM
The Hon'ble High Court of Kerala given verdict on 10 Sept 2013 under the writ petition No WP (C) No 19435/2013(D) filed by the petitioner of Mr. V.J. George Vs The District Collector Kottayam, The Tahsildar (R) and The KSEB Ltd on Revenue Recovery case as ordered by the Judge C.K.Abdul Rehim of the High Court of Kerala judgement in order to facilitate the petitioner to approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum seeking appropriate interim order against the impugned recovery steps.
